You have two wallets: your PINMart wallet (your balance here on the marketplace) and your PIN app wallet (your personal Pay It Now account). Money moves between them — trades happen with your PINMart wallet.
1Top up your PINMart wallet by paying a QR code from your PIN app wallet. A single top-up is K1.00 to K20,000.00, and you must pay the exact amount shown — a different amount is held for checking, not credited.
2Pay for items in seconds — your PINMart balance is held in escrow for the trade.
3For new physical orders, buyer confirmation automatically queues the seller payment. Finance sends it from the company PIN wallet to the seller’s saved PIN address. No second settling hold or separate withdrawal request applies.
4New physical orders have 15 days from payment for buyer confirmation. Without confirmation, the full amount returns to the buyer’s PINMart balance. Handover and reporting a problem do not extend this deadline.
5New digital orders: cancel before unlocking for a full refund. If you never unlock within 15 days of payment, the full amount returns to your PINMart balance. Unlocking starts 48 hours to inspect the file; accept early or report a problem before that period ends. Without a timely dispute, the purchase completes and queues seller payment.
6New digital orders keep their existing digital commission rules (5%, K0.50 minimum). Once the purchase completes, finance pays the seller’s saved PIN wallet after the recorded commission. An open dispute holds the payment for review. No additional settling hold or withdrawal request applies.
7Earlier physical and digital orders keep the terms recorded when they were created. The order page shows which timing applies.
8Withdraw your PINMart balance anytime — K10.00 minimum (or your full balance), up to K5,000.00 in any 24 hours. Our finance team reviews each request, then it is paid from PINMart's payout wallet to your PIN app wallet. Most are completed within 1 business day; if an approved payout takes more than 3 days, our team is automatically alerted.
9No cards or bank transfers between members — everything settles through PIN.
