3Use your PINMart wallet for Buy Now purchases and auctions you win. Contact-only classifieds are arranged directly and do not use PINMart escrow.
4For physical goods, your payment is held in escrow while you arrange handover. The order page shows the confirmation deadline.
5For physical goods, meet in a public place, inspect the item, then confirm receipt.
6New physical orders have 15 days from payment for buyer confirmation. Without confirmation, the full amount returns to the buyer’s PINMart balance. Handover and reporting a problem do not extend this deadline.
7New digital orders: cancel before unlocking for a full refund. If you never unlock within 15 days of payment, the full amount returns to your PINMart balance. Unlocking starts 48 hours to inspect the file; accept early or report a problem before that period ends. Without a timely dispute, the purchase completes and queues seller payment.
8New digital orders keep their existing digital commission rules (5%, K0.50 minimum). Once the purchase completes, finance pays the seller’s saved PIN wallet after the recorded commission. An open dispute holds the payment for review. No additional settling hold or withdrawal request applies.
9Earlier physical and digital orders keep the terms recorded when they were created. The order page shows which timing applies.
